Data analytics (a component of Big Data concept) is the scientific method of examining transactional data both qualitative and quantitative with the purpose of helping decision makers transform raw data into information. Data Analytics involves applying already established methodologies that are always accompanied by structured processes to derive insights on the condition of the datasets. Data analytics techniques and processes are used to enhance productivity and business gains. In all cases, data is extracted and categorized to identify and analyze behavioral and or conditions of data and patterns, and techniques, which all vary according to each organizational requirement.
