"Organizational Readiness & Acceptance of Internet of Things (IoT)"
The Internet of Things (IoT) is here to stay. IoT will expend the speed in which the organization’s data is going to movie across many systems and platforms and be shared fluidly through so many new devices. The IoT will create extreme difficulty for organization’s to effectively apply data and or information best practices, principles and or policies. This data interaction has the potential to fundamentally change any organization’s IT infrastructures at the Hardware and Software Components level. IoT with their rapid and real time data transition and transformation interaction will rival and amplify any organization’s existing IT gaps and vulnerabilities. The technical and data sharing challenges ahead will be formidable for any organization’s if they don’t take the time to access and evaluate their existing Information Technology infrastructure. As the massive amount of data delivered from IoT into the organization’s enterprise hardware and software, so too will the complexity of their new data processes requiring support from the IT existing infrastructure, which can deliver vastly different results based not only on what data is collected, pass-through, transformed, housed and analyzed.
